Forever Peace

I have been suffering from allergies all of my life and lately they have become a pest.  For the past four months, I have had this cough that will not go away.  To all of this, I only consider allergies as a throne in my side.  This throne is no competition for a 13 year old relationship that was the marriage from hell.  Since it and the relationship has ended, I will now have peace forever and know that whatever goes along, I can deal with it.

What is peace.  Peace for me is riding the tides and allowing  calm to go through every fiber of my soul.  When all is wrong and out of place on the outside, the inside sustains me.  Peace last beyond new tech gadgets, new boyfriends and the latest fashions.  Peace continues to sustain me in and through the storm and has become my best  friend.

This year's vacation plans were changed at the last minute due to unforeseen pressures from work. As the flow of life unfolded, it appears that I simply needed rest and relaxation. After four days away from the office, I finally feel human. My attachments to email, phone calls, meetings are beginning to fade. A Journey of Chaos and Clarity

For the past twelve years, my life has been a total mess, surrounded by chaos. Through chaos, clarity surfaced and I am regaining balance in my life again. What a beautiful journey. This journey occurred after I prayed for God to change me in 2000. Since I had prayed a similar prayer in 1981, I did not face the journey with fear. Some of the most important lessons, I have learned on this 12 year journey are follows: 1) Seek and demonstrate unconditional love, and Learn to love yourself. 2) Remove toxic friends and relationships from your life. 3) Forgive those who have caused harm in your life.
